Dark? Definitely.

Spicy? … Yeah.

Uhhh… heh.

Let’s just say this book took “dark romance” to a whole new level.

There was a spider involved.

And a song.

I gagged.

I draw the line at spiders.

Did I cry? Yes. The ending had me emotional – the MMC begging the FMC to stay absolutely broke me.

Would I read it again? 100%.

I might need therapy after, but yes.

Honestly, I wish I could go into detail without people wondering “WTF?” or thinking something’s wrong with me – but with this book, I just can’t. It’s dark, twisted, and beautifully written.

I’ve read plenty of dark romances, but this one? This one pushed the limits – in the best way. The story was captivating, the pacing flawless, and the writing kept me hooked the whole time.

Also, I listened on Audible because it had one of my favorite narrators, and it did not disappoint.

Uncomfortable moments? Yes.

Boring moments? Not one.

Original? Absolutely.

If I could give this book more than 5 stars I would. It’s disturbing, emotional, unforgettable – and somehow… amazing.

Anywayyyys, I loved it.

And I’m definitely starting book two next.

(Also maybe therapy. Kidding. Mostly.)
